No judgement. Ever.

We know that private therapy is a big commitment, and every family's circumstances are different. We would never want cost to be the reason a child misses out on the support they need. If a payment plan would help, please just ask — we're always happy to have that conversation and find something that works for you.

Programmes

Treatment Block Programmes

Treatment at OTKids is delivered in blocks of sessions rather than one-off appointments — giving your child consistency and the time needed to make real progress towards their goals. Parents can also add on a programme to their block, provided mid-to-end of the block. This includes tailored ideas and activities to try at home, helping your child work towards their goals between sessions, alongside clear progress monitoring so you can see exactly how far they've come.

Treatment block programmes and associated paperwork are charged at £120 per hour.

Additional Fees

Treatment Sessions£100 per session (45 mins)

Treatment sessions can only be provided once an OT assessment has been completed. If a recent assessment has been carried out by another OT, it may be possible to provide sessions without a further assessment — however this is at Charlotte's discretion. In some cases a £200 mini-review may be offered instead, to confirm that the provision outlined in the previous report still meets (and does not exceed) your child's current needs.

Treatment block programmes / paperwork£120 per hour
Bespoke assessments or reports/letters (e.g. seating, housing, adaptations)POA
Annual Review Meeting attendance (includes review of annual review paperwork and up to 2 hrs meeting time)£200
